Rates & Policies

RATES. Private guitar lessons are $50 per half-hour lesson or $100 per one-hour lesson. Gift Certificates are available; use the Contact Form to request a gift certificate and you will be contacted to make arrangements.
SCHEDULING. Most students schedule lessons once per week for the same day and time each week. Students also have the option to schedule a one-hour lesson once every two weeks, or individually by appointment. Lessons are offered afternoons and evenings only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. PAYMENT. Payment is due in advance at the last lesson of each month for the following month's lessons. Students pay by the month for the number of lessons scheduled during the next month. The fee for 4 half-hour private guitar lessons is $200 per month, or $250 when months have 5 lesson days. Students who begin in the middle of a month pay only for the lessons remaining in that month. CANCELLATIONS. Due to the number of students enrolled and the demand on the instructor’s time, no refund or make-up lesson is offered when a lesson is cancelled or missed. Exceptions are made for emergencies on an individual basis. If the instructor misses a lesson, a make-up lesson is scheduled or, when a student prefers, the cost of the lesson may be credited toward a future lesson. |
